We were very pleased with the work carried out by Shaun and his Dad (Mike) They quoted us a price for some Indian Sand Stone steps and when they had finished they looked really nice. Not to forget the Brick Layer that did the surrounding for the slabs to go onto. They also pointed my ridge tiles which in dire need of some attention. All in all an excellent job done. I wouldn't hesitate to have more work carried out by them.

  After two years and twice contacting Shaun about my steps which became loose after nine months , failed promises to rectify them. The mortar was poor quality and had to do the worst ones myself. I wasn’t impressed . I will not be using or recommending this bloke to anybody .

  After waiting two years for the bloke to rectify my loose slabs I wouldn’t recommend this bloke to anybody . They became loose after nine months and after lots of promises to come back and do the job properly failed to do so.

Shaun and team recently finished a job for us including structural work, plastering, tiling, decorating, plumbing & electrics. From start to finish the experience was excellent. Shaun is a really nice guy who really knows his stuff, there's no part of a building that he does not know about. All his team are nice and do excellent quality work. Shaun's quotes are competitive and fair - any changes to the cost were all for good reason. The results are solid and stunning. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent and professional service that we received from SMC. The works commenced on the 31st October and was completed on the 5th November, just six days from start to finish to transform our living area to a large open plan living. The job itself was quite major in view of the size and span of the main RSJ which was almost 5 metres long as well as incorporating an upright steel support at one end and a brick built pier on the opposite side. Clean,tidy excellent job done
