I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional

This is not a true reflection, the client has not noted that they were abroad for a month and never authorised the work. The work was items not completed by 2 other trades who had walked off of the project.. The works we were contracted to do were completed.

Steve came on time got stuck in and done a great job. There were a few issues with some of the parts but he stayed late to get the job finished. Overall a good job
