I took on this tradesperson in good faith, paid a higher deposit than recommended by the site as I knew he would need to buy a lot of top soil, turf and railway sleepers etc. This was at the start of April, 3 months later he has done about 5/6hrs work, told me not to panic when contacting for an update and now, when given a deadline (which has passed) and asked for the return of my deposit, he has ignored me. Be wary who you trust
