Excellent work! Very hard working. Very reliable and a pleasure to work with. Carefully planned the work and asked appropriate questions in a timely manner, so we had time to order some additional materials for this large patio project. Most considerate, polite, kind and provided sound advice and recommendations. A real pleasure to have Yanis work at our home, we will definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who asks as well as friends and family.

I can't rate Yanis enough. He was an absolute pleasure to have around & his work was excellent. He always kept me updated & offered advice on the options available. I trusted him 100% & he was very reasonably priced & reliable. At one point he sent me a photo of 2 cats trying to access the house asking which one to let in, very caring and responsible. All my neighbours have complimented his work & he's doing some work for one of them as a result. I'm so pleased! Highly recommended without question.

I cannot recommend this contractor enough. He was extremely quick at providing a quote, then spent time sourcing bricks which would bring the project in within our budget. His work and attention to detail couldn't be faulted, ensuring he stopped work every time it rained rather than compromise the finished product. He is very good at listening to your needs and delivering exactly what you want. We have received endless comments about his work and been asked for his details on many occasions.
