D... you have your right as a consumer to contact your local Trading Standards office of which then they will be able to help you with the Tradespeople of whom done the job. You do though, in the first instance, have to give the trades ample time to rectify or resolve any snagg8ng issues within a chosen timeline. Contact has to be made from both parties.
