Hi, is the pump a negative head pump? If it is it should have a little expansion vessell on the pump. If it doesn't have this then that's what you need.

Ravi... I would suggest that there is something not quite right with the shower pump and HWC installation. Manufacturers instructions have to be adhered to for normal operation. For example, pipe sizing and distances from HWC and like wise shower must be followed, also, any relevant added pipework must also be fitted, for example automatic air vents, dead legs, nominal pipe sizing; all relevant to the proposed setup. It’s not always as simple as just fitting a pump! I hope this helps! J Ireland Plumber
Hi Ravi this is a tricky one without seeing the installation it’s difficult to call It could be that your water temperature gets to hot causing a thermal cutout on the the pumps flow switch or more than likely something to do with pipework feeding the pump Ie where the pump is sited/size of pipework or pipe connection into the hot water tank Or could be a negative head situation All these things need to be checked out to make sure the pumps manufacturers recommend installation has been followed Good luck!
