They have contacted me about my job but are saying they charge £160 to come and inspect the job. Is this normal??

Hi Mary. I have heard of this before the company charged £150 to come and look at the job but said if they got the contract they would take the £150 off the bill but don't fall for that they just added £150 on to the bill to take it off again. Regards Stephen

No this is not normal if I charged £160 to look at every job I'd never need to pick my tools up
