Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. The job took over 6 months to complete due to restricted working hours approx 10am to 3pm. No team of specialised workers but casual labourers. Good electrician. Poor plumber and tiler. Good design ideas but little to back it up. 3 years on I have had endless plumbing issues that have cost me to put right. Would not employ again nor recommend.
