Absolutely top. Matt and Sandro went above and beyond. The floor tiles look incredible, great upstand in place of skirting board with finishing trim. Were very clear on quote, which was reasonably priced. Arrived when they said and finished when they said. Made some good recommendations for us to address other areas and how they could help. Will definitely be having them back for other work in the near future. Thanks again guys. Really appreciate it.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.
I would recommend simon to anyone, very honest and exstreamily reliabill. Done a fantastic job. Was quoted £98 by another tradesman, to replace a shower. Simon was honest and didnt push other jobs on to you. Took his time and carried out an excellant job. would defo employ Simon again. Thanks Simon Shower is ace.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
I arranged an appointment for you to provide an estimate for the job. You failed to come, nor have you contacted me during the week since to explain, apologise or rearrange the appointment.
I can see why this company have no ratings - they couldn't even be bothered to turn up for a quote! I finished work early and waited in for over three hours, at which point I called to find out what was going on. No answer, and no return call to explain what happened. Total time wasters.
