This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. Phil came in the morning and finished the job within a day as agreed. Safety aspects and govt regulations were strictly adhered to which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if the dry lining inserts were finished off properly so there are no visible holes around the faceplate of the sockets but Phil explained he didn't have the right mix and left them for me to complete. Dust from the chipping of the brickwork covered the house which was rather unexpected. Overall we'd use him again.

Good quality finsh with Valburn being something of a perfectionist in getting everything right. He wasn't rushed by time just wanted to do it properly. Highly recommended
