This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

I received a telephone call and quote for the work within 30mins of placing the advert. SCA turned up at the agreed time/date and completed the work efficiently, leaving no mess. This was my first dealing with Shaun and SCA, and I would be happy to use his services again in the future.

I can highly recommend Ryan - he was very quick to get in touch, arrange an appointment to quote for the job and had the task completed within 4 days of my initial enquiry!!! His work is excellent, great quality, super competitive price and he is a very organised and neat worker. He is very pleasant in his manner and i would highly recommend him and shall indeed use him again.

Wayne and Dave were excellent contractors - efficient, knowledgeable, polite and willing to help and advise. In the first instance they provided an excellent value for money quote - work was carried out on time without any hitches. They understood that not all the work could be carried out in one go indeed they needed to come to our home x4 times to complete the works; nothing was too much trouble to these guys. Overall, an excellent result and I would not hesitate to very highly recommend them to anyone.
