Turned up promptly and explained what they were going to do. They came back the following day when they realised some of the work was not quite right. The work was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
Craig was prompt in replying to my online request and was out the next day to Quote. He was very competitive, honest and helped me understand the technical stuff I really had limited knowledge of. He has secured further small works on my property and I would have no hesitation to recommend him.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Bloomin’ was founded in 2019, starting off as one business that has segmented into 2 sister company’s, garden maintenance & landscaping. The owner (myself - Michael) have worked in the industry for around about 3 years on a part time basis. I worked full-time as a engineer and done my gardening on nighttime’s and weekends when I had time to do so, whilst being a dad and a partner. After many moons and blood sweat and tears finally came the right time to set out and form into a business where I could offer my services to the public and other businesses. The business and myself fully believe In doing the very best job we can every time, no matter the situation. This approach, I believe has been a huge part in the success in formation of Bloomin’!! ‘Honest, Professional , responsible, quality service - everytime. We have spent a lot of time and effort sourcing the best training available for our artificial grass and paving that leaves us with City and Guilds recognition. There aren’t a lot of businesses that offer the same sort of piece of mind.
