Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!! Lewis, came and did the work very quickly. It took just over 1 day to re-board and plaster the kitchen due to water damage. He was on time, very friendly and very competitive with his quote. His work was very good. Highly recomended

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Wayne fitted a chrome radiator for me. His quote was by far the best and his workmanship was excellent, he turned up on time did the work and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to hire him for future work, one very pleased customer. Thank you Wayne.

However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. Tom took his time to ensure our bathroom was perfect. He fitted everything so well and didn’t finish the job until he knew everything worked properly. He also came out last minute on a weekend when we had a small bathroom leak. We would highly recommend Tom as his work is great and he is extremely budget friendly.

Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.
