I needed a new front door and mullions fitted. Arnold come and give mw a quote and we agreed on a price. He came the next day and done the door and the mullion to a very high standard. Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
