I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Rather than simply ignoring these problems or hitting me with surprise costs, he took the time to explain each issue clearly and kept me updated.

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Tony(TJC) is friendly, reliable and works to a high standard. He always kept me updated which showed his professionalism, whereas with some tradesmen you always have to chase them up. He's a tradesman that cares about his work and I would definitely use TJC again.

I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.

Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. I asked Sharon from Aquassist Bathrooms to give me a quote to do a total refurb for our en suite. The quote was good, I took a chance because they had only just joined the site, but they didn't let me down. Alan, who did the installation was great. He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Sharon would talk to me during the installation to make sure things were going well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquassist.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Excellent Service. A free quote was provided which was the best quote I had received. He carried out the work within the next few days and completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend him for all jobs. Pleased to have gone with him for the kitchen repairs.
