Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.
I am a carpenter/plumber based around northwest London. I do first and second fix carpentry and plumbing, have extensive experience in most aspects of construction. I generally specialise in kitchen/bathroom installs and flooring jobs. I have ten years + experience within the industry. I hold an NVQ level 2 in carpentry and an NVQ level 3 in installation maintenance and utilisation of natural gasses and on site experience of other trades.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
