Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Laurentiu was polite and professional. Hired to replace a shower unit and screen. The work was not completed to a satisfactory result. The shower unit was fitted but not the shower screen. The work took too long even with the matierials supplied. I am now left without a showerscreen and an exposed water pipe that was originally enclosed. The showerscreen could've been fitted in my opinion but Laurentiu refused to fit it claiming it would leak. I now have to find another tradesperson to fit it.

Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. He was very diligent, the work to do the pipe chasing got quite dusty, but he kept everything very clean and in good order. Would definitely recommend and use again if I need to

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
