Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!
Would highly recommend. Went above and beyond to complete the job and i’m so happy with my new bathroom. Helpful, friendly and very reliable.
