Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I put out a request for a plumber as I wasn't confident in doing it myself as i was changing a toilet with a concealed cistern to a toilet with bidet.. Sam responded almost immediately and came round to have a look and emailed me a quote the same day..It wasn't as straight forward as first thought but Sam was so patient with the job and wouldn't finish till he was satisfied (and me too). He also honoured the original figure in the quote.A good honest and hardworking bloke.. Would highly recommend!
