Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job.
