Malcolm was prompt and helpful, giving us advice when asked and buying fixtures to match our existing ones. He did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the end result! He is a lovely chap with a good sense of humour which also put us at ease with having the work done. We will be making sure we use him in the future and will recommend him to our friends.

Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future

The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

The work was fairly quoted and carried out to a very high standard.Started & finished on time ,no mess, polite, friendly and we were kept informed as the work progressed. If you want perfection use these guys.

Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

I cannot praise Ryan enough, he has been very quick in responding to my e-mails, the work started on time and finished on time. The standard of work is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Ryan and already I am planning to use him again for our next project.

Chris did such a good job on this bathroom that we asked him straight back to do the next one...He's punctual, polite and works like a trouper til the job's done. I had a few quotes for the work and Chris' quote was very reasonable and the work completed to a high standard. Although a qualified plumber, he's also a great carpenter and tiler meaning that you don't have a huge procession of people traipsing through - Chris can do the whole job. We were very pleased with the work

2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.
