Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. After turning up at 8am on a Sunday morning to assess the job and offer advice, honesty and quote me, Jay was brilliant from start to finish.
