Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

This family have been marvelous, getting a very urgent collection sorted out for me mega quickly, so that l would not lose my property permanently (which was likely to happen imminently), and which would have caused me great distress. I had 4 wardrobes fitted, 2 with sliding doors and 2 hinged doors, all completed in 4 days. Workers were very efficient and cleaned up every evening. Wardrobes look amazing, price was excellent!

Very poor service. Could not even fix a kitchen light. Was very keen to get paid quickly and despite multiple requests did not bother to come back to do a proper job. Cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs!

The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.
