the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

He very quickly determined the cause of my problem (and just as quickly arrived at the required solution). Returned the very next day (as mutually agreed) and completed the required repair work in very good time.
