Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

We asked Rob to build a garden pathway and small patio and he did a really good job. From start to finish Rob was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional at times. The quality and finishing of the job is good and we wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again. His quote for the work was very reasonably priced.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. No messing around, we agreed 8am and they were here at that time. They were swift and efficient. I recommend.

Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.
