I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

Martin and his team completed a two car driveway for us late last year. Throughout the process we valued his expertise in guiding some of our decision making in creating a driveway that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing. His quote for the work was competitive and the quality of finished product is excellent. Him and his team were polite, professional and left a tidy site at the end of each day. A year on we have a smart and useful space which looks as good as the day it was completed.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
