Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

When providing a quote, he took many pictures and explained in detail the work that would be required and his recommendations. Very good job competently handled. It wasn't straight forward as there were some complications due to existing design of building, but all problems solved are job still brought in within budget.
