We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. We didn’t have drawings and they worked with us to design and build the rear extension and the result is more than we could have imagined. They also took care of all the liaising with building regs for us, which enabled good communication and prompt visits, and the work was certified. They are a family team and work to high standards. They have excellent environment values with their approach to insulation and building waste. We would definitely use them again.

Very nice fella. Went through all the issues Quoted a bill which he stuck to ... to include felt guttering and wood for fascia . All works look good . Going to book him for additional pipe and guttering work and sealing a bay roof etc . Also going to quote my neighbor . Recommended
