Leon and his team completed the work on my Garage Conversion in August 2022. From the outset Leon and his team were excellent, they gave me plenty of viable options and costs relating to those options to allow me to plan the build accordingly. They kept to the timetable and turned up every day they had planned to work at 8.00 AM, without fail. I Would definitely recommend Leon and team for any future build/repair.

Nic and his friend did a great job transforming my rear garden. Nic responded to my advert immediately and with a competitive price. I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. I hired John to make some by folding wood engaged for my drive. Left the design to him and he came up with some brilliant ideas and added a side gate. The gates were exactly what I imagined beautifully crafted and presented. It's made such a difference to the drive and my dogs!! A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.

We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!

Bob did a great job of replacing the window and door on my garage. A large pane in the window arrived with a blown seal. They fitted it to secure the window, and returned to replace it with zero fuss. There was some miscommunication over a pane in the door. Again, this was changed without fuss. I believe that most people are fine when things are going well, and you only really tell quality, in how people respond to problems. Bob responded with great integrity. I would be happy to use again.
