Andrew was extremely professional and actually went beyond what he was contracted to do. I live in the US so couldn’t supervise the work in person but Andrew not only provided me written updates of progress but also attached pictures with clear descriptions. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.

Very professional, covered the carpets and flooring , tidied up everything and did a fantastic job on replacing the floor tiles and shower tray in our bathroom.
