The high finish on the bathroom is better than I could have hoped for and its the details that made a difference. Ash was approachable and happy to advise when I was unsure of materials. We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. We didn’t have drawings and they worked with us to design and build the rear extension and the result is more than we could have imagined. They also took care of all the liaising with building regs for us, which enabled good communication and prompt visits, and the work was certified. They are a family team and work to high standards. They have excellent environment values with their approach to insulation and building waste. We would definitely use them again.

Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. It wasn't damp, and consequently Mark didn't get a job on this occasion. I would rate this a six star performance for honesty and efficiency!! I will definitely use him in future.
