Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble . Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap. They came and looked at the problem and immediately gave a great quote. They came back at the arranged time, sorted out a broken tile and attempted to fix the gutters. They said if there was any issue, to call them and they would came back. Most was perfect, just a few small leaks remaining after heavy rains, but they came back promptly and fixed everything. Very friendly, excellent service, highly recommended.
