From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Won't be using this company again. Couple of problems have arisen which they cannot be bothered to fix despite giving a 10 year guarantee, meaningless. Contacted them many times but not interested anymore. Will have to pay someone else to fix it.

Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.
