Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Very pleased with the work done (fitted wardrobe in loft room ). David was always courteous, clean , and very hardworking. Roy helped me fix a problem with my karndeen flooring that no one else would touch. He did an excellent job and was a very nice personable guy. I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. It is not very often you get a tradesman of this quality. Use him you will not be disappointed.

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Cannot recommend Darren highly enough. The work was done to an excellent standard. His communication was faultless. He kept us updated on progress throughout including pictures as we moved out while bathroom out of action. There were several complications due to previous botched job and old house issues but Darren dealt with them with ease. He worked flat out to get the job finished in time for Christmas. Having delay with various tradespeople who stop responding Darren was a breath of fresh air.

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work.
