The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. Karl and Nigel were punctual and efficient. They attempted to mend my garage door before having to admit that the only solution was a new door, which Karl ordered for me. Once the door had been delivered they very quickly completed the job. Both very helpful. The outcome is a completed professional job. We had the hall, stairs and landing painted and papered. Every stage of the job was completed to a very high standard, there was more prep work than initially thought but that was no fault of Tony's but discovered on stripping the old paper. The extra work was done with no extra charge, including a repaint of a radiator. Tony is an exceptionally nice person who works very hard and neatly we highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.
