Brilliant job - I was hesitant to hire as there weren't any ratings, but once I spoke to Stavros it was clear that he was a very diligent and reliable guy. Came up with a clever solution that allowed us to install power outlets where others had told us installation would not be possible. Finished work was of a very high standard - would definitely use again.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Fantastic workmanship, punctual and very trustworthy. Felt comfortable handing over the keys to my house so that they could get on with it whilst I was at work. I asked for quite a lot of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised by the quote too which was very reasonable considering the quality of the work.

It was a a pretty simple job but Richard turned up on time, did the job quickly and most importantly cleanly, and charged exactly what he'd quoted. And he was a nice bloke. So I'd recommend.
