Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.

Ian is reliable, honest, well mannered and completed a good tiling job. I've given 4 out of 5 stars for workmanship as I've not used the shower yet (need to put the shower door on) but I'm sure it will be OK. I would be happy to hire him again.

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

I had 4 light fittings installed and one of those were moved. Also a electric plug socket moved. I'm was really impressed by the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Paul. I will be using his services again. Very reasonably priced, on time and cleaned up well.

Would highly recommend Plumb and Tile Chelmsford. Scott and Gavin have made a lovely job of our small ensuite. Scott was calm and professional even when faced with some unforseen plumbing problems. It was a pleasure having them working in our house - they were reliable, friendly and always tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely have them back for any future projects.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.
