Bruce visited to look at the job, gave his view on what was required and provided a quote quickly. He arranged scaffolding, re-rendered chimney and added slate top, removed and replaced the render on the gable wall, including filling a hole that was uncovered in the flue and adding bell cast. Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

I got my flat roof repaired because it leaked, guess what, it still leaks. Futhermore. I've now got a damaged ceiling with holes in. These guys haven't returned any of my messages since 24th Oct. They've taken ÂŁ450 for guttering and facia, which wasn't completed. I have text messages and videos of rain coming sent to them, if anyone would like to see them
