Tom is obviously very knowledgeable and chats through the job with you beforehand. He offered us good advice and options on how to connect our 2 new vanity sinks, a new shower and new toilet to our existing soil stack. Tom communicates well and arrives as agreed. Would thoroughly recommend and use Tom again as I felt I could trust him to do the job properly, on time and to budget.
