We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.
