Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Job left incomplete. Tradesman promised to come back and finish, but has not come back . I tried calling but he does not reply, he has blocked my number. I made the mistake of transfering the full money for the job without fully inspecting completion and quality ..

BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. I was desperate for the works to be done properly as I was selling a house. They haven't paid me back the money I paid them to complete. I had to get someone else in because the standard was so low.
