Lance Tait and Longstroke Plasterers quoted to remove a load bearing brick pillar in my kitchen. The started when scheduled and finished on time. The work was completed in budget. The skill and professionalism of the workers was amazing. House left clean and tidy each evening. I cannot praise Lance and his team highly enough. Great Job.

We did not use CD Builders because we were already fixed up. We were told that they had to pay you £20 just to get our details. I hope you refunded the money to them. Ian Kershaw MBE

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

The team was fantastic. Ended up digging up the old patio, putting down a new base, and relaying the stone slabs. Also completed a large deck, sleeper planters and new path. Very pleased with the finished job and great price. Would highly recommend.

This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.

Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Shaun was prompt with the visit and with the quote. We were away when it was laid but my Son-in-law over saw the job. A few issues but these were discussed and overcome with ease. A good job, a good clean up after and a safe path for my Mother. She is happy.

The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Fantastic work on finishing off my bathroom. Great communication at every stage of the process including ordering parts, confirming prices and short notice changes. Very responsive to a hiccup along the way. All done within quoted time and budget.
