We at Excel in life, Leigh Rd, have just had a new premises plastered on the ground floor by Alamo Property Maintenance Services (Andy & Jackie) of Bolton. They were fantastic, friendly, and conscientious. A great price for several walls and finishing a knock-through door. Very reliable and knowledgeable. (Jackie is a painter & decorator). They left no mess. Easily recommended and we hope to use them again.

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.
