Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. He very quickly determined the cause of my problem (and just as quickly arrived at the required solution). Returned the very next day (as mutually agreed) and completed the required repair work in very good time.
