We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.

Mr. Brownsill and his team were very hard working, very pleasant helpfulland always left the job tidy when they left at night. I knew what they were aiming to do that day,and I waskept well informed on the process.I am extremely pleased with the end result.

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
