Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.

An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Leighton recently completed a variety of work on our roof, including replacing all battens, installing membrane lining, lead flashing and re-bedding ridge tiles. He is a pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient worker, also an excellent communicator and problem solver. He and his team always left the site tidy at the end of each day. When a small issue occurred some weeks later, he came the same morning and sorted it out immediately. We thoroughly recommend him for any roofing/gutter work.
