I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. We would highly recommend Craig for any plastering work required - he did a first class job of re-plastering a ceiling for us, with minimum fuss, and we certainly hope to use him again in the near future! (we are now awaiting quotes from him for other work)

Very nice work, prompt and as quoted. It was necessary to access a neighbour's property to do this work, and she was also impressed and pleased with the tidy way in which everything was left. Would recommend.

Phil contacted me from my advert and I cannot be more thankful that he did, his workmanship is fantastic he did a great job plastering my en suite, he very particular and cleans up everything so you wouldn't even know he was in the house. would I recommend ? YES will I use him again ? ABSOLUTELY ....

Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

Alwyn Thomas undertook the work of rendering my back wall. The job was done efficently and I believe to a high standard. Alwyn explained the process to me very helpfully and managed to achieve the job within our agreed budget. I recommend him highly and indeed expect that he will undetkae further work for me in the near future.

Patrick was quick to respond and was great value for money. He did the work exactly when I wanted at quite short notice and did a pretty good job. Replied quickly to other queries and was quick to offer advice for work i wanted to do myself. Would use again without hesitation

Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!

Derek did an excellent job, Clean worker, reliable, turned up,when he said he would. Totally trustworthy, was able to leave keys with him when I went out. Did other small jobs that was not included in the quote. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
