This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. Myself and my wife were very impressed with our initial meeting with Mike and this carried on throughout the job. He and his team are very professional, his quote was very clear and conscise. Nice man, quiet, friendly, very polite and helpful. Knows his trade and makes very little mess. Plastering could be painted with virtually no further preparation. I would have no hesitation in having him back again.
Professional painter and decorator, interior and exterior new buikd or old. Able to turn our hands to most jobs i.e plaster repair, skirting board fitting, floor fitting and many other diy jobs.
