Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

We are an experienced, professional independent Building and Joinery Company based in Durham, who have been operating as a Limited Company for 5 years. We work with many homeowners and businesses throughout County Durham and the North East area. The business is owned and managed by two females who have extensive construction background knowledge and experience. We have put together a small team of equally knowledgeable and experienced tradesmen who are approachable, helpful and respectful. We undertake all kinds of building, joinery and painting and decoration work and are involved in all sizes of projects from kitchen or bathroom fitting to larger building projects. Just to add to this, they had already been back twice to resolve issues & the second time was 4-5 hours trying to stop the drawers from sticking. 30 mins after they left they were sticking again. Just wish I could post pictures of the finished article here ??

After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.
