Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Once we had agreed a plan of works (which also included replacement of Soffits, Fascias and Guttering) they carried this out in a very efficient and professional manner. Terrible. Made an absolute mess and told porkies. Only consolation was I managed to get the fee cancelled.
The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .
